I was in town for a concert. I loved the connected walkway to the concert. It was especially helpful since it was raining outside. It was a little confusing walking back because our original route was blocked off. However, after asking several concert staff for directions, we found our way back to the hotel. Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day! I enjoyed the buffet at the hotel. Food was hot, food area was very clean and well stocked, and the tables and floor were very clean. I'm a tea drinker. I enjoyed the endless tea offering both day and night. Hell's Kitchen and Target were within walking. We grabbed some snacks for the room. The staff were very friendly. Thank you for letting us check in a bit early. The area map of restaurants with the noted miles was a nice idea. The room was clean and properly stocked with towels and toliet paper. I would definitely recommend this hotel especially for concertgoers. This is my new hotel when flying in for a concert.

So the property was awesome. It would’ve been nice to have known about how they have this walkway system that goes from building to building inside a tunnel. We spent a lot of time walking around for hours and hours and hours, but it would’ve been lovely to actually known about the tunnels, I think that they need to tell more people about the tunnels to be able to walk through the city and comfort without being persecuted by some of the homeless. The thing that I thought that was interesting that while those tunnels interconnect the connect to parking garage as well so that made it very convenient. Breakfast in the morning was very nice and had a nice ball y’all good foods and foods that are normal for people my wife and I are little picky eaters but we still found ourselves enjoying the breakfast in the morning was our highlight of the day because we spent the rest of time walking around for 17 miles, 17 miles 17 miles

Before checking in, I sent a message to the property asking about the parking situation. They responded and were very helpful, mentioned about different apps I can use to reserve a spot. When we checked in, the front desk staff was very friendly and even recommended a place for us to go to before the concert. Location is perfect, literally a few minutes walk away from First Avenue. A great experience overall! I’m glad I didn’t let the negative reviews stop me from staying at this property because I didn’t have those issues. There were homeless people around the area, yes, but they did not bother us. Since this is in Downtown Minneapolis, noise cannot really be avoided but it was so much better than what I read, did not bother me. Skyway to the parking lot was easy to navigate. I also like how it requires a key to get into the building and actually use the elevator. I would stay here again and would recommend!

Went to a Timberwolves game and loved that the hotel is connected by skywalk to Target Center. Parking at Hawthorne parking ramp was also great as it is also connected by skywalk. The check in staff was very friendly. The hotel has a little convenience store that came in handy for a late night snack run! King room suite was very spacious and came with sofa, microwave, refrigerator, and sink. Felt safe throughout the hotel as you need key access to enter. Front desk staff was super receptive and nice when we called about our tv not working. Overall a good stay. Would stay again.

Location was easy enough to find. Our room faced Target Field which definitely gave us a sense of being in Twins Territory. And that is was exactly what were were looking for since we specifically booked this hotel for the Twins games. The stadium is within easy walking distance as you can see from the picture, via the street or the skyway (which is secured entry). The staff was very friendly and all entry points were secure and accessible with your room key only. Also, I should add that the continental breakfast was one of the best ones I have see at a hotel.
